A different pasta dish - for fish lovers and vegetarians who eat fish. My own invention! Ingredients:
Clean and cut the onions, peppers, garlic. Fry the onions and garlic, add the tuna. Add peppers and mascarpone. Mix well, then add a splash of white wine and the basil and oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Brush off the mushrooms and slice them, add to sauce. Leave to simmer a few more minutes. Meanwhile cook pasta according to the directions on the package. Remember that if you like your pasta to be 'al dente' (with a bite to it), to cook it for a shorter period (about a minute or two less)! Tip: If you want to bake the dish in the oven, make sure the pasta is cooked al dente, take an oven dish, rub it in with some oil or butter, pour the drained pasta into it, add the sauce and cover with some mozarella cheese. Leave to bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes on 225º C or 437º F! Serves 4. Enjoy your meal - Geniet die ete - Eet smakelijk - Guten Appetit
